Fri, 1/6 – Lunch with Elmo at Nibbles Play Cafe in Wheeling – $10/person (call or email for reservations)

Sat, 1/7 – Dinosaur Day at the Lizzadro Museum of Lapidary Art in Elmhurst – Included in general admission – $4/adult, $1/7-12, children under 7 free

West suburbs

11/1-2/29 (weather permitting) – Gnome Hunt in the Children’s Garden at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle – FREE with general admission – read my post about the Morton Arboretum

South suburbs

Daily through 3/1/12 (Closed Christmas Day) – Winter Wonderland Ice Rink in Orland Park – FREE

Fri, 1/6 – Westfield Family Fun Days at Westfield Mall in Chicago Ridge – FREE
