KidStuff is a coupon book created to raise money for daycares and schools, while saving families money. Schools (from preschool through high school, or even day care facilities) sell the KidStuff Coupon Book for $25, and they get to keep half of that. Sounds like a great deal!
The books contain over 400 pages of coupons to businesses in the area, so the book quickly pays for itself in savings, and most of the coupons in the 2014-2015 edition are good for 16 months and don’t expire until December 2015, so there’s plenty of time to put them to good use.
I have a KidStuff Coupon Book and I keep it in my car because you never know when we might use it. The book is color coded so you can easily find shopping & services, activities, and food. Each section also has an index of businesses, so you can tell with a quick glance whether there’s a coupon for a certain business; it makes it so easy to check before I run into a store or restaurant.
There are coupons from all the places I shop a lot, including Gymboree, Office Max, and Joann Fabrics, and places I’d like to shop more often, like The Fresh Market. There are discounts on some of the best attractions in the Chicago area, like the Museum of Science and Industry and the Morton Arboretum, and on things like movie tickets. The food section has everything from Denny’s to Superdawg’s.
Here is a sampling of the types of coupons you’ll find in the KidStuff Coupon Book:
