It’s almost Thursday and you know what that means: “Throwback Thursday”. Your Facebook or Instagram feed will likely be filled with some great/embarrassing photos of friends and family members from the “olden” days.
In honor of #TBT I’m gonna share some old photos. First, one of me as a toddler:
And this one is a mystery photo collage. John, Cooper, Dexter, and Campbell are all here, but who is who?? (You can see photos of everyone on the About Us page.) Comment below if you want to guess!
Netflix is doing a bit of the throwback thing too, offering lots of classic sitcoms and cartoons on streaming.
My kids are fans of the cartoon classics – Curious George and Strawberry Shortcake especially. They love them!
The other day I suggested some classic Sesame Street episodes for Dexter and Campbell. When I told Dexter (age 4) that these were the Sesame Street shows I watched when I was a kid (okay, they were technically a little before my time, but I saw them in reruns when I was a kid) he said, “Ugh. So they’re in black and white?!” Yeah, thanks kid!
I’m looking forward to introducing them to Family Ties when they’re a little older because it was one of my favorite shows as a kid.
If you’ve got tweens they’ll probably love these classics:
1. Saved by the Bell
2. The Baby-Sitters Club
3. Family Ties
4. Jem and the Holograms
5. The Hardy Boys Nancy Drew Mysteries
6. Spiderman and His Amazing Friends
7. Transformers
And here are some great throwbacks for the little ones:
1. The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
2. The Care Bears Movie
3. The Smurfs and the Magic Flute
4. Strawberry Shortcake
5. Curious George
6. Sesame Street
7. Dumbo

I plan on catching up on Supernatural and Psych
After I watch Winnie the Pooh and reminisce over those days when the boys were little, I’ll watch Family Ties and House of Cards.
I plan on watching more Doctor Who on netflix
I would watch the Vampire Diaries
