Parenting is an expensive job. Studies have estimated that it costs over $250,000 to raise a child and that number makes my  head hurt. It’s almost hard to believe that’s true, until you shop for diapers. Ouch! Thankfully, you can save as much as $240 a year by purchasing Parent’s Choice diapers at Walmart instead of a name brand.

We went shopping at Walmart for diapers and a few other things. Parent’s Choice diapers were easy to find and you can’t beat the price – only $19.77 for a huge case! For Cambell, who wears a size 4, there are 124 diapers.

I grabbed a case for Campbell, and then a package of diapers for my baby nephew. We checked out the toys too, and some adorable clothes at great prices.

My brother and sister-in-law recently had their fifth child and I know they like to save money when they can. I thought I’d send a gift to my new nephew so I got some Parent’s Choice diapers, and I couldn’t resist an adorable onesie and colorful baby toy. I’m packaging these up to ship to them today!

With fall approaching quickly, I also picked up a hoodie for my oldest son, too. Campbell and I were able to get all the things we needed in a quick trip to Walmart.

Parent’s Choice diapers cost less than a lot of other brands, but they still do a great job. In fact, they’re now even more absorbent! Campbell’s never had a leaky diaper with Parent’s Choice. He’s comfortable and they fit well. I love that I can save money and depend on Parent’s Choice.

Three out of four moms agree that Parent’s Choice are the same or better than their current diaper brand. See for yourself! Find a Walmart location that carries Parent’s Choice. Save even more money with this coupon for Parent’s Choice.

Now, I have to decide what I can do with an extra $240 I can save by using Parent’s Choice diapers for a year. Add it to a college fund? Or it could be used for Christmas presents? Maybe buy an annual membership (or 2!) to a children’s museum or another fun place we can take the kids throughout the year!

What would you do with an extra $240 a year?
