On April 21 (Earth Day weekend!) parents and children around the world will be gathering at locations throughout the world to simultaneously change a cloth diaper and try to help change the world. The first Great Cloth Diaper Change was in 2011 set a Guinness World Record for the most cloth diapers changed simultaneously – 5,026 participants in 127 locations in 5 countries! Also, $5,167 was donated to the Real Diaper Association, a non-profit organization that provides support and education to parents in North America about cloth diapers. This year the organizers of the Great Cloth Diaper Change are hoping to break last year’s record.
The Great Cloth Diaper Change is about raising awareness and breaking the record, but it’s also a great place to socialize with other parents and kids. If you don’t use cloth diapers, but are interested this would be a great time to buy a cloth diaper and try it out! If you do use cloth, bring a friend who doesn’t and lend them a diaper.

- The first 25 participants to sign in that day will get a SWAG bag. Goodies coming from CJ’s, a local Yoga instructor is donating classes, we have bows, and leggies, and organic teas, Starbucks gift certificates, Dr. Bonners, Hylands teething tablets (and so much more!!)
- All participants who pre-register will receive extra tickets for the raffle items!
- There will be a mama/baby yoga class after the change.
